MISCELLANEOUS DUTIES-SALES ASSISTANCE BY MANUFACTURER
Manufacturer recognizes the benefits to be derived by all parties from the active promotion of the name and facilities of distributor in connection with the sale of goods of manufacturer. To further this objective, manufacturer shall furnish to distributor sales promotional aids, such as handbooks, sales plans, circulars, advertising suggestions, cuts, printed commercial and technical information, and other publications that manufacturer may have available for distribution on a [Description of area] basis. Manufacturer shall make no charge for any such sales promotional aids, unless distributor is notified of the charge in advance and is given an opportunity not to accept material for which a charge is made.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
